Statement Generation: How many points do I have on my card?
A member can request a mini statement from the Club at the Cash Box or Front Reception or at one of the participating retailers. Simply ask the friendly staff to scan your card over the Club Rewards Terminal and a mini statement will print with your balance.
Earning Points on Purchases: How does this work?
When you make a purchase at the Bathurst RSL or our participating retailers, present your Bathurst RSL membership card. They will scan it over the Club Rewards Terminal, which will then load your points onto the card.
The retailer is able to print a member's copy of the receipt to show you that your card has been loaded with the points.
Redeeming Points on Purchases: I have enough points to make a purchase!
When you have selected what you would like to purchase at the Club or at a participating retailer take it to the counter, they will scan your card and remove the points from your Bathurst RSL Club membership card.
The retailer is able to print a member's copy of the receipt to show that your points have been removed from your card.
Split payments: Can i make a purchase with half points and half cash?
You do have the option to do a split payment, using half cash, half points. The terminal operator will scan your card, remove the points on your card and then ask you for the balance in cash. |
